Account Specialist

Position available in Huntersville, NC

ERC Today is currently seeking a motivated and qualified Account Specialist in the Huntersville, NC area. This position will work in a team-oriented environment to help accomplish sales directives. ERC Today is a fast-growing tax credit company located in the Huntersville Business Park.

Core Duties:

Review the client’s initial application and Questionnaire
Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
Follow up on warm and cold leads to further the sales process
Contact the client with initial feedback, convince the client to move forward, and gather the information necessary for the Processing team to complete the project
Respond to phone inquiries and requests for more information as needed
Follow-up with non-responders using the contact cycle of recurring contact on days 2, 5 and 10.

Appropriately communicate organization information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and communication programs.
Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization’s and that emphasizes the vision, guiding principles, and values of the organization.

SPECIAL HANDLING: IRS Controlled Groups

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience
Above average written and oral communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal and employee coaching skills
Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with Dropbox platform and Monday.com CRM a plus but not required
Good organizational and time management skills

Project Analyst

Position available in Huntersville, NC

ERC Today is currently seeking a motivated and qualified Project Analyst in the Huntersville, NC area. This position will work in a team-oriented environment to help accomplish operational directives. ERC Today is a fast-growing tax credit company located in the Huntersville Business Park.

Core Duties:

Convert data from various formats into Excel to match ERC template formatting
Effectively communicate with client to obtain missing information
Research government mandates/websites/executive orders to confirm periods of project eligibility
Interpret payroll documents to reconcile data and resolve variances
Accurately enter data from various sources into project template
Utilize program guidelines to analyze calculation results for errors and anomalies
Update CRM with appropriate notes and details to facilitate review process
Support other team members by sharing relevant experience and skills
Work effectively with ERC Today Management and Staff in a team environment
Complete additional duties as assigned in accordance with ERC Today Employee Handbook policies

Required Qualifications:

Strong analytical and organizational skills
Intermediate (or better) Excel skills
Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
Team player
Above average oral and written communication skills
Must be comfortable handling sensitive information and keeping confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Monday.com CRM
Payroll processing experience
Familiarity with CARES Act/ERC program and underlying guidelines

IT Support Specialist

Position available in Huntersville, NC

ERC Today is currently seeking a motivated and qualified IT Support Specialist in the Huntersville, NC area. This position will work in a team-oriented environment to help accomplish IT directives. ERC Today is a fast-growing tax credit company located in the Huntersville Business Park.

Core Duties:

Troubleshooting system and application-level issues
Supporting an internal team of 50+ employees with all technology needs
Onboarding new employees: Setting up equipment and assigning least-privilege access
Supporting our partners and clients as it pertains to form submission and ingesting data into our CRM
Update CRM with appropriate notes and details
Designing automations for our cross-application workflows
Collaborate with appropriate departments to understand and design holistic solutions
Complete additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Ability to code excel macros in VBA (Visual Basic for Applications)
Ability to leverage HTML to format automated emails
Intermediate Excel skills as it pertains to creating formulas to delimit large data sets
Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
Solution-oriented thinker who can discern and separate the root cause of an issue from surface level symptoms
Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent work experience
Coding or Cybersecurity Bootcamp Certificate

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CRMs like Monday.com or Hubspot
Experience using content management systems like WordPress
Familiarity with cross-application workflows that are driven by automations using Zapier
Microsoft 365 Admin experience

Marketing Manager

Position available in Huntersville, NC

ERC Today is currently seeking a motivated and qualified Marketing Manager in the Huntersville, NC area. This position will work closely with our Operations Manager to accomplish our marketing directives. ERC Today is a fast-growing tax credit company located in the Huntersville Business Park.

Core Duties:

Manage/optimize lead generation sources

Manage website content, SEO, Google ads
Evaluate metrics to determine best use of marketing dollars
Unify/re-develop marketing materials
Manage social media – LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
Customer satisfaction/re-marketing (Google reviews)
Public Relations
Develop and manage content for new marketing channels (email campaigns/constant contact, radio, television)
